SHIPPING TIME

Orders normally ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt via UPS ground. Allow additional time for orders placed in December.

SHIPPING WINE

All wines require an adult signature at time of delivery.
The UPS fee of $4.00 is added to each box containing wine that is shipped.
(Maximum of 12 bottles per box)

DELIVERY

Heart of the Desert, Inc. takes every measure to ensure your merchandise is packed with the utmost care. We use the best packing materials and shipping processes to deliver fresh products right to your door! On the very rare occasion, should you ever receive a package that has been damaged or mishandled during delivery:

DO notify us immediately at 800-432-0999 so we can rectify the situation. We may also ask that the contents be returned to us.

DO NOT throw the package away, as our carrier requires proof of damage and we may request a digital photo of the damaged package.
