Marianne Schweers Green Chile Pistachio Chicken recipe: Marianne and her husband, George have operated Heart of the Desert Pistachios & Wines for 50 years. She likes to “butter” boneless chicken breasts with sour cream, crush green chile pistachio kernels with a rolling pin, and sprinkle them on the sour cream to coat the breasts.  Roast at 350 degrees until they reach an internal temperature of 165 (25-30 minutes). It’s really tasty and looks totally gourmet.
