Heart of the Desert ® Pistachios and Wines
The guaranteed quality and freshness of Heart of the Desert pistachios, wine and other products are
very important to us, so during the hot summer months, we ship Monday
through Thursday. (We try to avoid having products bake in a delivery
truck over the weekend). Chocolate products are shipped September
through April. If you must have an order containing edibles
shipped on a Friday during the summer, please call and specifically
request this service.

with traditional Native symbols of power, spirit
and strength. Using hand-tooled copper foil,
leather, feathers and beads to form lightning
bolts on the neck (signifying speed), and a
handprint on the hindquarters (signifying
ownership), she has given birth to an original
vision of beauty and wonder. |

wines have been home grown just for you at Eagle Ranch. This
thriving family farm is the site of New Mexico's oldest and
largest producing pistachio groves. Heart of the Desert®
offers a delightful selection of fresh pistachios, wine and
other delicious southwestern gourmet food items and gifts.
We are located on Highway 54/70 between Alamogordo and Tularosa New Mexico. Our store hours are:
Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 6:00pm and on Sundays
9:00am – 6:00pm.
